Does The Biggest Loser Inspire You

Why The biggest Loser Will Make You Hate Exercising

Does The TV Show The Biggest Loser Inspire You?

I just read an article by Andrew Samson, entitled “Why The biggest Loser Will Make You Hate Exercising.”

According to the article, “The Biggest Loser might be giving viewers a poor impression of exercise. “If you’re not a regular exerciser you might think this is what exercise is—that it’s this horrible experience where you have to push yourself to the extremes and the limits, which is completely wrong,” said the study’s lead author Tanya Berry of the University of Alberta.

In spite of this report, Samson, speaks of the show saying “I find it inspiring to watch contestants change their lives through a new-found commitment to diet and exercise.”

I agree with him that it is inspiring to watch contestants change their lives through a new-found commitment to diet and exercise.  And I also agree with the research that says that the show actually make us want to exercise less.

For me, each time I watch the contestants going through grueling exercises bouts and getting hurt, and not to mention the abuse they suffer from the trainers; I just shake my head and say, “what a wonderful world it would be for them, if they knew about Xyngular.”

Earlier I said it was inspiring, yes it is inspiring to see people make a commitment to diet and exercise, not a commitment to get abused.

If those contestants knew about Xyngular they probably would have no desire to go on the show.  They would be singing a different tune such as the one Dixie Fails is now singing.

“That is one grand thing about Xyngular; you do not have to be an expert to soar high but you do need to become experienced on how to handle the tough times. In those 90 days my team had expanded to many states, I made over 20,000 dollars; hit all three levels of the Xtreme builder challenge and earned many of the Passport Program rewards.”

You can get Dixie’s full amazingly, inspiring and unfettered story about her easy weight loss experience with Xyngular and getting paid to do so

Due to her weight loss success and growing income with Xyngular Dixie has decided to retire from her regular career as a government employee.

Thank you for stopping by.
Sincerely for your online and weight loss success.
