Are you
suffering from being overweight?
Are you
obese?
Are you in
a wheelchair?
Are you
suffering from bodily pains, joint pains that prevent you from exercising or the
ability to lose weight?
Would like
to know how to lose belly fat?
Does it
seem like you just can't lose your belly fat and lose weight, even with a
healthy diet and exercise plan?
Hold up
you are not alone.
Millions
of people worldwide are having the same issue just like you.
And
thousands are now finding relief.
In the
past you had lost some weight from doing various diets and exercise programs
just to gain the weight back on. You are
not aslone…
You just
can’t figure out why you can’t lose the weight and keep it off. Well, let me share something with you. I have a possible answer for your dilemma, so
profound that it will take you on a tail spin.
Now
listen, I didn’t say I have the answer…I said I have a possible answer. Because your condition may be a medical
condition, an organ condition and it may even be glandular.
I don’t
know; I do understand that all of these conditions can be brought on from the
type of ingredients in the food you eat and other factors such as lack of
adequate sleep.
Your body’s
genetical changes can be caused by the changes in the food you eat. Not so much the food itself but the growing,
harvesting, processing and preservation of the food. In other words the unnatural chemicals in the
food could be causing stress on your system.
The stress
on your system such as lack of adequate sleep can trigger emotional,
psychological and physical stress on you that causes your brain to trigger
signals to various organs that causes your body to create fat layer in order to
cushion and protect itself.
Okay, so I
lost you because you are looking for the latest and greatest exercise program
or diet. I don’t blame you. I was on Pinterest the other day and I saw a Pinn
Board with over 2000 pins all talking about weight loss.
Every jack
single one of them claimed to be the greatest/best workout program or diet for
losing weight. They had pictures and
videos showing results. I don’t know
about you but I believe them all. Oh! Yess! I do.
Because,
for every 10 people who embark on anyone of those programs or diets, it is
possible to have 100% success rate over time.
How healthy and how effective they are is a different story.
Also over
time a certain percentage of those same people will gain the weight back
quickly while others a little longer. A
certain percentage of those same people will have the same results you have
been having; yoyo weight loss and weight gain.
And one or
two of those same people would have lost the weight and kept it off.
Now there
are other factors, other variables that affect your ability to lose weight and
keep the weight off.
These
could be mental, emotional, psychological and physical such as lack of sleep;
plus your overall attitude, behavior and acceptance of the whole process of
losing weight. Yes losing weight is a
process and your acceptance of the process is one of the key to lasting weight
loss.
Now let’s
take a look at what you can do to lose belly fat. Studies have shown over and over again that
one of the best ways to lose belly fat and lose weight is to engage in
activities that put the whole body to work.
But maybe
you are obese or have a physical condition that prevents you from moving around
or exercising, that is okay, I’ll have a possible solution for you later.
Another
factor that leads to you losing belly fat is to keep your colon clean and
hydrated. How do you do that? Eat lots of fibrous foods and fruits and vegetables
with high water contents.
You want
to keep your intestinal track flushed, flowing and healthy. You want to have a diet consisting of healthy
wholesome meals, not deprive yourself.
You want
to engage in lots of activities such as: dancing, walking, running, aerobics,
rowing, cycling, swimming, cleaning around the house, cleaning your garage or
yard work.
You want
to engage in physical activities that engages your whole body for at-least 15
minutes or more continuously on a daily basis.
This will gradually burn away belly fat over time... But you want to lose the weight quickly…hold
on we will get to that.
If you
need specifics about each of the above activities and specific routines for
each activity you can find excellent free training videos and work out plans
all over the Internet. Some you will
have to pay for, if that is the journey you want to take.
But you
have been doing that, you had work out programs and diets you did that made you
lose weight only to gain it back. I
totally understand you.
Let’s take
a look at when you gained back the weight. You did a routine or was on a diet for 3-4-6-9
months or even a year. You lost some
weight or maybe all the weight you wanted to lose.
You had a
major success and gradually you stopped doing what you were doing. You stopped exercising as frequently and as
hard as you originally were doing.
If you
were dieting you modified the diet or stopped the diet completely. Before long you had gained back the
weight. Now you know exactly how to lose
the weight or lose your belly fat, you had done it before.
But the
process you had gone through was a very demanding, strenuous and an emotionally
painful one. Psychologically your mental
or emotional maturity does not want to go through that again. Now you are looking for something easier.
You find
one, you embark on it. But emotionally
you brought the baggage of the lost two or three diets or work out programs
with you. You are now adding to the
stress of this new diet or work out program.
You haven’t let go of the old ones.
Your
subconscious mind knows it and it holds on to the weight, it grabs at it at
every opportunity it gets and you continue to gain weight. You continue to get frustrated and finally to
be happy and avoid pain you say I am fine the way I am. Really?
Really? Really?
So let me
share a million dollar tidbit/secret about losing belly fat or weight with you…you
ready? One crucial secret to losing
belly fat or weight permanently is to continuously engage in diets or weight
loss activities that are fun loving endeavors that you do consistently 4 to 5
times per week.
They need
to be fun loving activities that you do consistently and continuously until
they become a stress-free habit; until they become engrained in your
subconscious mind.
You see,
once the pattern of an activity becomes engrained in your subconscious mind,
you will always find time for an activity.
Once a pattern of eating becomes engrained in your subconscious mind you
will always find a way to eat that way.
Now this
does not mean eating the same meal over and over or doing the same exercise
over and over. I am talking about
activity.
What does
that mean? It means that, if you
normally do kickboxing, 3-4 times a week, your brain is already wired to do a
physical activity 3-4 times a week.
So if you
were out of town on a business meeting and had nowhere to do kick boxing, you
can engage in other activities that you enjoy doing:
Swimming,
stationary cycling, dancing, playing tennis, shadow boxing, walking or jogging
or jump rope or jumping on a trampoline for an hour or whatever length of time
you normally do kick boxing. You get the
picture.
You can do
the same for your meal. If a salad and a
protein shake are part of your daily meals and you are out of town and out of
your protein shake, don’t stress yourself.
Get a substitute and be grateful and appreciative that you are able to
do so.
Your
second million dollar tidbit, do not
stress yourself or worry about anything you are not able control do or eat
concerning your weight loss and belly fat loss activity.
Instead be
grateful and appreciative for all that you can do and eat in substitution of
the original. The very ultimate last
thing you want to do is feeling guilty over something. Feeling guilty over something that has to do
with your weight loss can pack on up to 5 pounds on you in a day. So don’t go there.
So, what have
you learned so far?
*** The
type of food you eat could be affecting your weight loss efforts

So what’s
next? Well I am going to encourage you
to:
Go walking
if you can for the fun of it. Go do some aerobics if you can for the fun of it.
Get active dancing for the fun of it.
Dance
around your house for the fun of it or join a dance class for the fun of
it. Go to a park and play with some kids
for the fun of it. Don’t stress yourself
out to lose belly fat. Don’t stress yourself out on starvation diets to lose
weight.
You will
burn yourself out, mentally, emotionally and psychologically real quick and
before you know it, you would have given up and gained more weight. The 3rd
million dollar and major secret here is to be stress free.
If you are
stressed out from your job or financial situation, get engaged in some physical
activity. Get a series of whole body massages.
Go
swimming or go learn to swim.
But please
don’t stress yourself out to lose weight.
It won’t work and any results you get won’t be long term.
Now I
understand that your schedule and daily activities may not provide you with the
luxury to take good care of your health.
Pardon me, but your health is something you really need to take
responsibility for.
